After all that grease and sugar, I wonder why I’m searching for an acne treatment! I have more zits now than when I was 15, and I’m sure it’s because of my diet. Cheap rarely equals healthy, that’s for sure.

After a year and a half of saving, we busted our piggy bank open today. We weren’t making a large effort to fill our piggy bank with loose change, but we were randomly throwing coins in, and were very pleased with the $121.61 worth of change we cashed in today.

The $0.61 already went back into the piggy bank for next time.

I’ve been wracking my brain trying to think of a Mother’s Day gift for my MIL, and I’ve come up with nothing. I even asked my husband, and he has no idea what his mother would like. I wish something practical like work boots would please her. I could place a quick order with Work Boots USA, have new boots delivered right to her door-step, and avoid all the pleasantries and flowers associated with Mother’s Day..or at least save the flowers for my own mom.
