Sometimes, you can budget and plan and save, and you just don’t have enough money at the end of the week. A No Fax Payday Loan can get you out of a bind if used cautiously and correctly. No credit check is required, and you can apply for the short term loan online, but make sure you read the fine print and know the terms of the loan. Oh, glorious payday.
- $18 gas
- $169 Sallie Mae
- $39 AT&T
And the big one…
Our goal has been to pay off $1,000 in credit card debt every month and I’m thrilled to report that we made it to month two. My husband has been working hard, grabbing extra overtime shifts and I’ve tightened our budget, so we’re on the right track!
If I have a choice between going to the mall and shopping online, online wins every time. Not only do I hate the crowds and parking and trying things on in a dressing room, I can usually find a better deal online. Especially since I’ve discovered Adpera.com.
Adpera isn’t just online coupons. It’s a database of internet retailer’s email campaigns. That means that you can take advantage of all the special deals that subscribers to the retailers newsletters receive without the inbox SPAM!
Retailers like Bergdorf Goodman, Macy’s, Saks and Shop Bop all offer special deals via email, and now you can search those deals before you buy!
Definitely a bookmark worthy site!

I spent half a month’s rent on bras and I’m not ashamed to admit it. I’ve been complaining about my bras since the last time I visited Intimacy, almost three years ago, and finally decided to have another fitting and get the support I need! I bought five bras and a sports bra and I feel great! I’m comfortable, my clothes fit better, and I look thinner. Absolutely worth the money and anyone who says bras aren’t worth the cost obviously doesn’t have 36G boobs.
Wedding Checklist -

When my husband and I eloped, I don’t think it could have been any simplier. We booked the chapel and ordered our rings online, I bought a new dress from the sale rack at GAP, we took a cab to the Clark County government center to get our marriage license, and then showed up to the chapel the next day!
I know most people have more elaborate affairs than we did, and the fast wedding planning checklist can make even the biggest wedding bash as simple as eloping. The checklist not only includes booking the reception hall and finding a photographer, but little things that need to be purchased and can easily get overlooked like favors, a guest book, and cake topper.
A little checklist can save time, money, and frustration!
Tax Time -

Our last W2 arrived last week, and I was able to gather up all of our paperwork and meet with our accountant on Wednesday. Last year, we broke even, which really is the best case scenario, but I can’t help but hope we get a little something back this year to pay off some credit card debt.
Since blogging brought in a decent chunk of change this year, I really made an effort to save all my receipts for the first time so we can take full advantage of write-offs. I learned last year that blogging is a business and that I’m entitled to do those business expenses. That’s what makes our accontant totally worth it.
Are your taxes done? Do you wait till the last minute? Do you do them yourself or hand them over to a professional?
House Hunting -

My husband and I have been looking at a lot of real estate listings lately, trying to decide if we will be able to purchase a house this year and take advantage of the generous tax rebate.
One of the things we’ve noticed is that a good portion of the real estate listings are completely useless. Missing information, bad pictures or very few pictures, typos and inaccuracies that make us close the listing, never to consider the home again.
Realtors and leasing agents can increase their chances of people like my husband and I taking the time to look at their listing by creating a professional ad through Flyer Cafe. They can create a flyer for craigslist, ebay, Google and more using professional themes, with optimized HTML and printable PDFs.
I know having all the information on a home presented professionally and completely would help my husband and I in the decision to buy!
