I’m Corrin. Welcome to Broke as a Spoke!
My fingers are crossed that everyone’s familiar with the saying “Broke as a spoke, and that ain’t no joke”, but it could just be something I picked up from the Polish side of my family.
I will be posting about my quest to become debt free. Include my daily spending habits, fights with Sallie Mae, paying off all of my credit cards, setting up an emergency fund, pumping up my 401k, and saving for lots of fun stuff like vacations, a house, new clothes, gadgets…the necessities.
I doubt anyone would think I’m a financial guru, but just to make sure…I’m here to learn, not teach. Please do your own research and educate yourself before embarking on your own financial journey.
