If you live in Indianapolis, and want a fancy night out for a decent price, take a look at Devour Downtown Winterfest. There is a whole list of upscale downtown restaurants offering a 3 course meal for $30. It’s a great way to bring business downtown, try restaurants that would normally be out of budget, and have a great date night. It ends this Sunday, so you have to hurry. We’ll be going to celebrate an early Valentine’s Day.
