I made a serious money mistake this week.
I changed the primary account attached to my PayPal account from my checking to my savings thinking that the change also updated my backup funding.
It did not.
Two large transactions went though that should have been deducted from my savings but hit my checking instead. One of which was the deposit on our new apartment.
Thankfully, the recipient of the payments aren’t privy to the mistake and nothing ‘bounced’, the fees are not pretty.
The fees pretty much make me sick.
The fees are equal to one of my husband’s overtime shifts.
Going to cry now.

That stinks! Won’t your bank give you a reprieve?
Maureen´s last blog ..Diamond Rewards: another revolving matrix?
I hate it when that happens.
.
So, are you moving, or is that on the first? I thought you were working on getting a house, so was surprised to hear about a new apt.
Barbara – We’re moving on January 16th! Unfortunately, we were not approved for a home loan, so we will be renting for one more year. It’s a blessing in disguise – it’ll give us a chance to get a feel for our new home town before we purchase.
Maureen – I’ve been begging and pleading with them, but they say it was my error so no leeway. Jerks.
