So, my boyfriend and I got married in Las Vegas last week, and here’s a little breakdown on the cost…
| Item | Cost |
| Airfare | $300 |
| Hotel | $400 |
| Rings | $1,700 |
| Dress/Shoes | $150 |
| Chapel | $290 |
| Pictures | $80 |
| Food/Cabs/Tips | $400 |
| $3,320 |
I was in Las Vegas a portion of the time for work, so my company paid for my airfare ($400), six nights at Paris Hotel ($2,000+), and the majority of the food for six days. Our total is much better than the average $28,000 Americans pay for a wedding! Our goal is to add the reception costs to the above figure and stay under $10,000.

That is awesome! I can’t believe you only paid $80 for those pictures– I think they are fantastic! Also, I love that your company foot the bill for the Paris. Love it. Wasn’t the buffet the shit?!
We ALWAYS go to the Paris buffet for breakfast, and I even had a coupon this time, so both of us pigged out for $20!
